📧 Email Validation Automation using ZeroBounce & Google Sheets | n8n Workflow

In this project, we developed an automated Contact Validation Workflow for Econosourcing using n8n, Google Sheets, and the ZeroBounce API.

This system automatically validates lead email addresses, updates validation status, and keeps lead data clean and accurate for marketing and sales campaigns.

🚀 Workflow Overview

The workflow processes lead data directly from Google Sheets and validates email addresses using the ZeroBounce API.

• 📧 Validate emails using ZeroBounce API
• ✅ Detect valid and invalid email addresses

🧩 Workflow Node Breakdown

⏳ Wait Node

Adds a short delay before processing the next lead to avoid API overload.

🔁 Loop Over Leads

Processes contacts individually for reliable validation.

📄 Google Sheets Integration

Retrieves lead rows and updates validation results directly into the spreadsheet.

🌐 HTTP Request (ZeroBounce API)

Sends email addresses to ZeroBounce for verification and receives validation status.

🔍 Email Filter Logic

Ensures emails:

• Are not empty
• Contain a valid “@” format

✏️ Update Sheet Rows

Automatically updates:

• Email address
• Validation status
